Trigger request plz help.

Can somebody help me, i got a map but i want one of my hero know one skill, is like a chain lighting damage 1 enermy then instantly move my hero to the enermy that i targeted.
Can somebody help me plz thx.

Events: Unit begins casting an ability
Conditions: ability being cast equal to .....
Actions: move casting unit instantly to 'target unit of ability being cast'
