My comp is with 256mhz of RAM and 2ghz processor and my warcraft lags.Before few months it dont lags,but now it lags.PLS help me repair it or tell me Whats the problem.

Maybe don't download porns when playing? 
[joke]Okay, so did you changed anything in your PC [or Mac?] recently? OR maybe it was one game when you lagged? [could be host's blame] Or maybe you use eMule or Shareaza and you are downloading files during playing? It could cause lags. I suggest closing all p2p/instant messengers before playing.
