I want a systen like in replayers.com that gives points for each post. And if i som points I get a icon... and i have a lot of points i get a better icon etc....

You mean larger post count will result better icon? hmm, that's bad! People will tend to spam or post unimportant things instead of submit a good resources.

people will have a constant contest of getting a good icon.. yea. crazy huh?
