This website has grown to such a large website that it is becomming rather slow. I think u can ask for donations and move to a bigger server. Or u can start purging unused accounts, lousy maps etc.

Ever considering moving ur forums to www.thehelper.net? i find ur forums too slow just to browse every section.

No, we're not going to delete old things. That would accomplish nothing

And we're not moving to some other random crappy server

What we NEED to do is to get Darky to fix the bloody coding holes so the site runs faster

Since I'm new to the site I ask, has the site always been this slow?

Forums aren't that much slow I think. 56Kb modem worked good, now I have 512Kb and everything goes fast. And Darky gone to WoW again so forget about improvements.

In truth, this site worked much faster one year ago. Everything loaded almost instantly on a good connection, but now it can take a lot! Darky should fix the leaks soon or we will be in big trouble!

One year ago Darky was here... The Return of the Dragons forum isn't displaying so... we really need Darky here but who knows when that will happen....

The forum are slow because of coding bugs.

Removing some maps or accounts won't really make the site faster.

thehelper doesn't need to pollute their bandwith with these forums
