Many things could be the problem

1. You imported it wrong
2. You forgot to save and restart
3. The maker screwed the model up

I can't really be bothered downloading a model that I'll never use... So yeah, just throw me the page and tell me what you imported the skins as

He's probably talking about the attachments, they don't work or something.
