Because people do not care. Most of the people just register to ask something or make a request.

1-Its because most ppl like 2 take not give! Why would they register if they dont want 2 Submit anythin! That would be a choice! 2-They may not be skilled to submit!!!

& Btw I know some registered ppl who dont have warcraft III!!!

I'm generally a lurker of forums and the thinking behind is it that I generally like to watch the forum for a bit before I join to see how the people act. I'm not sure how this is for everyone but it is how it is for me. In some cases it makes sure that I don't accidently do something foolish, it's sort of like reading the un-written rules of the forum.

Hmmm...i was a guest for 3 months. I eventually learned how to make skins and i was now here talkin to a nice, fair happy group of pals/comunity.
Pity darky wont come back...I heard he stopped playing wow and vanished.
So evtually there wont be any guests or even members in the near future right?
