A Hacker is Reshaping this Site

I was in my models section and I clicked on my models screenshot. Suddenly 50+ windows of Interet Explorer where appearing every .2 seconds!! I paniced and restared the comp.
This was the sigh of a hacker and he's worm. I restared the and scanned, all clear and I have daily updates of my anit-virus.
Is the hacker stalking me and hacking into the site to plant missleading links?
Mabye veggie should check it out.

I havent had this problem, you might just have a virus on your computer, try Avast antivirus. Oh, and IE is unreliable, use firefox.

Could just be your computer

No reason why it'd be the site. I mange to get screenshots up normally

Corse, if you use Internet Explorer...

Actually, it just happens with php, I believe... on another website with phps, I pressed back and thousands of windows popped up. So it's probably that... probably IE just keeps trying to rerun it and launches millions of windows.

My tips:

1) Download the newest version of Opera (8.01)
2) Leave IE and let it decay
3) Download some anti-virus software (i use AVG)

Since I started working with Opera I had NO problems. It has very customization options. Only thing is that some (mainly amateur) sites have been written for IE only (different tag interpretations etc.). HOWEVER, wc3sear.ch is not one of those ;)

Hmmm...but i like IE. It like suddenly chagneing from windows to mac if u know what i mean if i leave it to decay. Dam, i hope this comp dont crash. I might have to restart everything..

Wulf, choose between having a securish computer, or using an internet browser that can't even support .png transparency

Use Firefox, use Opera, use Netscape, use anything BUT Internet Explorer

arghh!! I dont now, i like IE but...err...dammit!

IE is good just for browsing FTP, for the rests of that, IE is unreliable.

Everybody should start using Firefox, IE sucks (and tabbed browsing rules). Also Firefox is like IE in it's interface, hotkeys and more.

That problem had happened for me, it's a(nother) site bug. Although I didn't get 50 windows every 2nd second (): I think it happens when clicking the screenshot while the page is loading.

This is not a browser problem. It's the most typical spyware/adware influence. Get a Spybot S&D and/or an Ad-Aware to remove spywares.

Spywares and Adwares can make pop-up windows appearing at any time, any site and any browser. They cannot really be avoided as many websites are asource of them (Wc3sear.ch is surely not, the only cookie it sends is the one that makes your comp remember your account)

I scanned for adware, just 8 cookies, 1-2 from this site i think? But usually u would only get 1 eh?
Hm.well deviation art gave me a cookie, hmm, and maybe google related the rest.

i use IE i dont get those problems are you sure you have got your firewall down of ya have one im not sure if it realy helps but if you use IE download the google search bar because it blocks popups

EVERY NORMAL BROWSER has pop-up blocker as one of lots of other features...
