attachment help

i have created item from battle standard changed model attached to right hand, everything is ok but when a troll picks up this item it is attached to right leg but when another unit picks it up its ok. so whats wrong

good question. if that troll is MDL edited at all, the problem could lie therein. if not.....no idea.
