My firewall/virus sytem has started to block folders I dl?

My firewall/virus sytem has started to block folders I dl?

To unblock it says right click on folder, go to properties and tick "unblock".

I did that but still all contents in the folder are blocked, unable to be opened or extracted.

I exited my mcafee system and re'downloaded a file but still the same thing happens...

Any suggestions?

Delete your anti-virus, get a new one, and get rid of your firewall?

And of corse, get WinRar
