Help about importing.

Ok I extracted the nagaseawitch.mdx and nagaseawitch_portrait.mdx from the war3x.mpq

Now I changed the name of the mdx to nagaseathing.mdx , nagaseathing_portrati.dmx and imported it into my map, I also imported a new skin for it nagaseathing.blp

So right now I have no idea how to get this to work can someone please help me thanks.

You have to edit the path used for the skin by editing the mdl. You can find out how to do this in the tutorial Importing More Than One Skin in the tutorial forum.
