how do u make parts of skin translucent?

how do u make parts of skin translucent?

im making a more icy version of lich and i want parts to be solid ice but translucent is that possible?

i know there is stuff in game like windwalk and avatar of vengance but how?

model editing ?

yah! in the mdl thingy, not sure how...white horn did a tutorial on something like that...

half alpha may do the trick. jsut alpha but dont set the opacity to 100%
