Help importing

I'm not sure if this is the right board, but I need help for importing a model file. When I click "Extract All", it says its blocked, then I unblock it. Then it still says it's blocked. I was wondering if anyone knew how you get past this.

How do I use winrar? It doesn't have it in the drop down menu.

I doaloaded WinZip now, but howw do I use it? I tried using 'Open with" but it wasn't there. So as not to make a new topic, I'll just ask my question here. Whats the difference between a skin and a model?
