Both of my programs which cost me over $1,000 us each 5 years ago do not have this file format as an exportable. Is there a free program somewhere that might do the file conversion?

Have a look around the tools section for a file called Warcraft 3 File Converter it converts them from blp --> tga or bmp it can also convert mdl and mdx files when you close it it will come up with an error (well it does with me) but just go okay because ive been using it for months and theres been no problems.
