HELP MAP IS TOO BIG TO LOAD

Hi I'm a new trigger map maker and I've made just recently a map about 4.5 mb.my pc does play it(has 1.1

but a in the net cafe doesn't!!(has 1.19.b).It says that the map is too big to load/play!Is it because of the patch?Does anyone Know any solutions?

Reduce map size to <4 MB. It's the limit for multiplayer games.
