WOW!!! i just saw my map on wc3 TFT

i saw the name of the map and the map hosted by g-o-d something or something... i was amazed that people would actually play it... i hope it wasnt the old version... because that version was horrible....

Maybe it was an error on Battle.net. It sometimes happens. It displays the name of your maps in other maps. One time i saw my current project and I joined. It was actually a Diablo map. I knew that because it happened before and I didn't even finish my project yet.

If your map was really played, then good job. :wink:

the way wc3 indentifies maps is by checking their file size (i think) so if ur map's file size is similiar to the one hosted, wc3 will think its the samething.

Yes that's what I wanted to say.

haha, good to know. i was shocked as i saw my unfinished map hosted on b.net. :shock:

Battle.net identifies maps by their filename. It takes the custom game's map name and searches for it in \Maps. That's why you can see your map information instead of the correct ones in the info dialog.

TFT = The Frozen Throne.

And wtf? What do you mean "what does TFT stand for"?? To be played maybe?
