That's either because your conection is too slow or your map is too big. I suggest that you come here during the night, the site always runs faster at night.

Otherwise, you will have to try more than one time. I had to try 4 times before I could submit my Eternal Chaos map.

Depends. GMT for me. If you are GMT -1 for example then it's 23:00

Thing is, it's just a messed-around-with Northshire, AND My connection is very fast!
