how can i get Song of Storms in Ocarina of Time/Master Quest?

At the top of the graveyard there is a large tombstone, well 2 ghosts come out, one is flat composer, he gives it to you.

No your both wrong. You learn it inside the Windmill. As Adult link, show the " around, round and around " man inside the Windmill your Ocarina. He'll teach you the Song of Storms.

must i get ocarina of time first?

Yes! After gathering all 3 spiritual stones, return to hyrule castle and watch the cinmematic. Get the ocarina of time and play the Song of Time in the Temple of time.
Theres going to be alot of things told.
Then go to Kariko village and do the thing I said before.

yes, but im young link. im only on the goron place. and i need help there too. when u enter dodongos temple and i u look at the right there is a stone blocked and u need a bomb to destroy it. but the bomb explodes fast. so i cant come there, so i need help.

The bomb is on a cliff and the way is too long, right? Throw the bomb down the cliff.
