besides you gotta orginise this better like a time and date for yas to go online at to the channel so ya can make it and u need 10 people all together to make a clan

its the "Off Topic" area isnt it, so that to most forums ive seen dont hold rules to the max becuase its the area to talk off topic. But i agree with Rui's statement if he wants to "advertise a site" then he should do it on b.net.
