HELP!! Removing weapons From a SKIN!

HELP!! Removing weapons From a SKIN!

I edited a warden skin..

I alpha'd out the parts of the weapon but the circle part of the weapon still shows....

I know I alpha'd it out becuase when I view the blp the parts of the warden's weapon are showed to be alpha'd out.

SO why is the stupid circle part of the weapon still showing??
