hi my name is Ilya i am from Russia
i am newb in map creating and i would like to know how to import and use icons/models/skins in World Editor... if it's not so hard couldn't you tell me everything about this...

just have a look at google.com and type something with tutorails / Warcraft3....some like that.

You can find out how to import/create these resources you mentioned in stickies on the resource's specific forum. Please do not ignore the stickies, as you will receive a warning for doing so.
