Error in the War3 Model Editor

I have a problem activating the War 3 Model Editor. When I click on the War3ModelEditor icon I get an error message: "Unable to create a Direct3D object". What can I do to fix this problem.

PS: I'm really excited about using this tool :D I need to learn about making models and I'll start with this tool if possible.

erm, are you clicking on the compressed file? if so u might want to unzip or extract it before click on the actual program.
