Abilite Request:
I need help on creating an Effect that acts like an ability. I need it so that it does something like this...It would cast above a building, and then spread out forming a circle about a range of 2000 from the building that its being casted at. As I am sure this might need little triggering done but I am all ears.
Can this be done?
