Icons not working!

Icons not working!

I downloaded some icons but none of them seems working. I checked the path many times, but no, they are just transparent. I cant see anything. This has happent whit all my icons. Heres my path for the ninja:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNNinja.blp
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNNinja.blp

anyone noticed anything wrong? Plz help me

My fault sorry. Quite a long time ago, the .tga I was converting wasn't 32 bits so the .blp doesn't work. I'll update it now!

Uhh.. did u do the "goblin blaster" icon too? That doesnt work either.
