Ok, i notice every *nice* jass spell has a section of how to change stuff. But it seems every person to make a jass spell has a uniform
"_" except its at the top of the screen, how do you make theyse? Word doesnt seem to have it as a character -,-.

An underscore? "_" or a hypen "-" or Em-dash "—" (Control + Alt + - on your numpad)

I suppose you mean these: ¯¯¯¯¯

You make one by holding ALT down while pressing: 0 1 7 5 on your keypad, then release ALT again.
