minimap custom photo?

minimap custom photo?

Can anyone please explain to me how to put a custom photo in a minimap? so that when loading screen occurs etc it wont show me a map with a question mark.. I wanna add/ make my own photo

Ok the minimap image has to be either 128x128 or 256x256 (if 256x256 doesnt work then try 128x12 it has to be a .tga and when you import it the path should be war3mapPreview.tga.

OH! Ok, well in the world editor you know where the object editor is up at top? Well 4 spots to the right is the icon that looks like a peice of paper with a green arrow. You can also press F12. Once in the import manager press ctrl+I.

>_< Well, sorry I don't know what to tell you.

For Reign of Chaos you must use WINMpq to import your file to specified path. I won't go into importing process because it is easy, if u don't understand it find some skin importing tutorials using winmpq it is same but other path.

Oh and winmpq is available for download on this site on Tools section and u must repeat importing everytime u save the map. Hope I helped...
