does "Target unit of ability being cast" apply to none specific spells like Shockwave or Starfall or Blazzard?

No way. If so Blizzard and Shockwave are AOE so which unit would that refer to? The only thing that will work is Target Point of Ability being cast..

If you use the ability channel with target type Target and Point, the spell will turn into an AOE spell that uses target unit of ability being cast.
But, to spells like blizzard or shockwave, I think that hasn't how to do.
