Email activation for new accounts

The recent abuse of reopening several accounts on wc3sear.ch has forced us to implement account activation by email.
This way we know at least that email adresses are valid.

Finally... I know some people will hate the email activation stuff but nothing is perfect and it was a necessary thing.

That certainly will cut down the one-timer accounts I think as they will never bother to activate their account

It means that he needs a new e-mail adress every time he wants to create a new account as i know.

Woah then, good i registered before this fix came out, cause i wasnt sure of my email that time. But no worry now, i just couldnt reach my email. So all is fine, no need to ban me...
