Problem with uploading

When I tried to upload my map, it began to load the page. After loading the page IE displayed that booooring message: The page cannot be displayed, bla, bla, bla, yatta, yatta, yatta, and it didn't got uploaded! Can somebody point me to a direction for uploading?

Sometimes happens. I always advice people to upload at night, since the site is somehow faster at that time.
