New Site Feature: Directors Choice for the Icon Section

Icon Moderators now can "award" very very well done Icons with the wc3sear.ch Directors Choice.

The awarded icons show up on the "Directors Choice" category like in all other sections.

Oh btw, the icon you've awarded is just a CnP. I remember seeing a concept art of the ranger somewhere on the web. So this icon is practically taken from there.
