Oinkerwinkle's AnimTransfer prob

Whenever i try to open it up, it comes up with this error.

You have to change your decimal setting. it is on you config panel: watch for the option regarding time, region etc. select regional and language options. And select custom (something like that) and set your decimal symbol to " . " (point). now the tools should work

well...da oikers tools...they tend to have..many faults...i dont trust them well...

Of course whitey should call him an idiot, why do you think that program authors waste their time writing read me's and instructions?

If you can't figure out how to use a program, and you have NOT read the read me, you're responsible for being labelled as an idiot yourself.
