Is there anyway to fix the time that it takes to apply new names for units and buildings? Because I notice it takes the least amount of time of 20 - 24 seconds before it applys.

Nope, you just have to take it like a man and deal with it.

And I've clocked it before, it's only 10-17 seconds. It just seems longer because you can't do anything while it's loading.

Go to the view list, and click the Brush List off, it's unnescassary and makes lag. Trust me, it will go alot faster now.
