How do I import my own skin onto my map?

Please help me, I made an awesome skin of an army guy now i cant figure out how to put it on my map :(

First,

Make sure its a .blp

Second,

check the path where you got the skin from with Image Extractor or Wc3 Viewer's tree view in your mpq.

Third,

import it with import manager in WE and add the path.

Read the Importing Skis tutorial in the tutorial forum.

Just remember, the .bmp, .jpeg or .tga should be 32bits for convert to .blp, overwise it won't work, WC3 Viewer will prompt you if it needs an opaque alpha channel if its not 32bits.
Many people didn't know this and had tons of .blp problems...
