Probelm with importing a certain model

Im trying to import this http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Models&ID=914&sid= . Just to let everyone know, I have no problems importing other models, this one is giving me a hard time.

I import all the files, and put the different paths on the files that need it. I save my map, and re-load it. When I put it on a model that I want to replace, it doesn't show anything, it just shows me one of those checkered cubes. Could someone help me?

Is there anything special I have to do to make this thing work? How is this different than from importing a character model?

Knowing Rightfield and his models, he probably forgot to upload a skin file or something
