i think its more psychological than the actual pleasure of the taste. all the chemicals we ingest, and the self-destructive stress we suffer from wouldnt make our meat very tasty, so i think its more like a psychological think.
like, you think you do it for a good cause by killing humans, or you may be happy from seeing you doing such an obsecene act. or maybe its just to feed yourself in some countries or tribes...

Cannabalism is performed often by starving people from remote islands around Papua New Guinea. The rest is performed in other remote areas with weird religions and more staring people. The odd case is a lunatic who eats suicidal people for money(like the case in Germany several years ago). Human would probably be like gorilla, although gorilla would be tougher and leaner. I'm starting to get hungry now, I think I'm going to eat my finger.
Edit: Don't try to eat your finger, it hurts like hell before you reach the 3rd layer of skin.
Lean is another word for skinny right? Gorillas are not leaner then humans... humans are the weakest things on earth (if every animal was as big as humans) even the strongers man on earth cannot kill a lion or hippo
