help with 1 hero limit

how to make 1 hero limit im makin a new hero in a custom building and i can make like unlimitid of him but i only want 1

There's a trigger which restricts training limit of a unit.

When you open WE then it is automatically set as a trigger. They are found in the Melee section of triggers.

I was doing the same, heres how i figure it out:
go to-Advanced(drag down at top) , Gameplay constances, go down till you see : Techtree : Dependency Equivalents: Heros, then add you new heroes to the list
