Based off of Stampede Normal Spell

Art - Caster - Starfall (Effect)

Art Missile - Water Elementals

Area of Effect - 200

Summoned per Second - 20

Duration 6 seconds.

Damage - 7 10 12.5 15 17

maybe this gets a bit laggy if you do that on b.net games cz you summon 20 units per second...

but i dont know if you use your map on bnet or not .

hmmmm i dont know about that because it only 20 units in a short area
