Hello I have downloaded the wc3 viewer.
And I cannot realize how to work in it...
So please teach me a little about the program.
How!?!?

You don't work in wc3 viewer.
Its a tool to help modellers, skinners and iconers.

It exports models and skins in your war3.mpq and war3x.mpq.
It also converts images to .blp or vice versa.
You don't model or icon with it.

Its basically a artist's companion.
