Getting models from Other Maps ( Help Needed )

Hey guys, whats up... i need help with something. I have a map with all of the Models that i need (my friend made it for me). I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to take or save to a file, the models from the map. If you could help me with this, please Send me a PM or post how to do it thanks guys.

P.S. I accept any ideas

Assuming you have TFT, all you need to do is go into the import manager (F12), select the file you want, and hit export (Ctrl+E), then save your file to the desired destination.
