Help in creating a "Active" Disactive" spell'

I've customized a spell like the inner fire, and i've set the image for the icon as the "Siege Golem". Now, i want the icon for the spell to be "Activable" and "Disactivable"(with the four yellow angles in it and the appropriate animation). How can i do it?? THX

"Disactivable"?

U cant do that with triggers or sumthing, u need an icon tool (try Baumi's Icon Tool)

And this goes to icons... You will need to edit the icon.
