AI Custom Hero Request

Ok Ive wrote about this in a thread on wc3campaigns though they've seemed to closed down the site

So the thing I wonder is how to make a custom made hero use abilities, Ive tried alot of stuff but nothing seems to work, I could use triggers to order them but to use AI-Script seems smother (dont know why maybe its easier to make the hero just dont use up all of his mana at once.)

Would also be nice if someone could teach me some basics if I need to change something like doing so when the Computer Controlled hero has 30% cast heal and so on.
