hey i have flash mx and made an avatar for this site and all but unfortunately is says invalid someting and i was just wondering how to convert the flash .swf into a .gif plzz answer ASAP

Hey! I've found this one when searching in google. Maybe this SWF to GIF converter helps.

Or if you have Animation shop you can use that for making animated gifs.

hey even though that link one didnt work i did find 1 that works well but make sure u click show results when finished or u may not find it

Huh?! The link worked for me though.

i used adobe image ready for that stuffs.
