My set argument

I belive that the WoW models should be removed as well because for 1. It is illegal to possess any copyrighted materials unless it i okayed by the holder of the copyright. 2. Yea blizzard might find them and they would more then likely SUE darky for hosting them. Now do we want darky to be fined or is this something that you dont care about SeaGull1723 because it seems your lack of tolerance to WoW models is 0. So all im trying to say is i DONT like many others want darky fined for what the users of w3csear.ch have uploaded. 3. im pretty sure that hacks and suck forth are BANNED from here because it is against blizzard terms and conditions, i dont see why models dont fit into the same catagory.

Its not like i dont like the WoW models its because i dont want anything to happen to this site or darky. From most cases that i have heard its usually the owner that gets the slack (and in this case it might be suing).

This is my argument against WoW models, it is not meant to be a flame because it would just be a waste of time so please do not take it as one.

For the last time.....and I do mean THE LAST.

we are not going to be fined....or shut down...or sued...or anything of the such for having wow models posted...

First, want to look at WoW's terms of service about exporting and altering game content....guess what? IT SAYS THE SAME FOR WC3....so if we are going to take stuff down for legality issues, then we'd have to take all the altered wc3 models down too. Second, BLIZZ DOESNT CARE...they are busy enouph chasing down hacking/cheating sites that are activly screwing with ladder/official game play let along criticising sites that are using their content for use in other blizzard programs. We have almost 2000 altered wc3 models posted that are protected under the same copywights, and we havent been scoffed at by blizz about those yet. Third, we are not making profit on it or causing them loss of revenue, and it is not hindering WoW online or assisting in hacks in any way. Because of that, they wont waste a minute of thier day bothering us with it.

I am getting very tired of repeating myself like a broken record on this. You people need to know what you are talking about before you gripe.
