how do I make heroes to have more than 10 lvls ?
(exaple : 25 lvl )

???

open world edit, and a map of your choice.
Go to advanced --> Gameplay Constants --> Activate the 'use custom gameplay constants' in the leftupper corner, and then change the max hero level somewhere in the list under 'heroes'
