I have download a Thrall models without a potrait, but can i use the orginal protrait thrall use?

Export it in war3.mpq and use it as its portrait.

I had download thrall without the wolf in the models section, but there are no protrait on him, i don't know how to use the orginal thrall's protrait, if i can?

I mentioned it already.
Use WC3 Viewer and extract Thrall's portrait in the .mdx. You'll have to find it yourself...
