Minimap Picture

I know how to put in a minimap picture, the only problem is the paintshop pro program i dled was a trial version and i now can not access it anymore to make minimap pics. Anyone know how to crack it?

WEU Enhancer > Edit Map > Imported Files > Ingame Preview image > Save
