I have a picture 128x128 saved as .tga that i wanna make into the load screen pic. So how do I add it. Help plz!!!

Also, I dont know if anyone knows but, I downloaded the Lightsaber model and I have made it into an item using u know nigh elf flag thingy anyways, how do I change the color of the blade?
