How would you get a hero to cast a spell using tiggers?

How would you get a hero to cast a spell using tiggers?

i have looked and looked and issue order stuff is not working cause i cant select my ability and this is getting very frustrating and i know it is possible

Simply select the order by the spell u based it on, if u based a spell on storm bolt, u order the unit to use Mountain King - Storm Bolt.
