More races

More races

I want to add more races to my map. Races that you can chose before you start a map.
I'v heard that I can make a mod, making a new mpq.
But how do I make this and what do I need for it?
And how do I make it so that the mod starts with the map and then goes back to the original mpq?

You cannot add new races so that they are availiable in the Player Lobby, u have to display a dialog after the loading to select a race.

Damn it! Well, okay.
Can I then make it so that the different races has it's own uniqe startlocation? So one race starts at one place and unother at another place.
And how do I fix it in mp?

You can actually, but its a lot of hassle and really not worth making a mod out of it. Just use dialogs.

it is not possible to have the demon race as a selectable race, atleast not anymore.
