almost all comments I see are like "sux" or "BEST MODEL EVER!! 10/5!", instead of consturctive criticism, but if there was a restriction, for example: you have to use X # of chars or words to be able to add your comment, so if people only can post slightly longer posts, then maybe more intelligent will appear.
