Yesterdays server down was the result of a power failure in Zurich which not only took the server down for quite a while but also blocked most peoples internet access... So just in case you wondered... that eas the reason

These are called unalienable rights (Wow im feeling like im going through the naturalization process with people)! Unalienable rights include Freedom of speech! Do Not Open More Than One Account
Opening more than one account is very annoying. Doing so is violating rules. If, for some reason you cannot get onto your account contact either Darky28 or oz02 and it will be dealt with. Opening up a new account while 1-week banned automatically result in a permanent ban of your accounts and your IP adress. So dont do it.
Do Not Discuss Political or Religious topics in the Off-Topic Forum
Generally these topics lead to flaming and useless arguments. You are not allowed to post anything related to religion or politics.
Forum Specific Rules Spells Forum
Posting threads on questions already addressed in the Spells FAQ is just a waste of space. Do it too many times and something bad will happen to you. The exception to this is that if you didn’t understand the answer in the FAQ. If this is the case, then you should indicate so in your post. If you are posting a request, then you should indicate so in the topic. If you find that the title of your topic has been changed, this is probably why.
Signatures Signatures may contain links, images and text. You can either advertise your own site, your projects or whatever you like. There is just the rule, that the signature may not viotate the Sex, Drugs, Nazi Stuff rule and and the signature may not exceed more than 6 text lines. Signatures with over 6 lines get shorted by the Forum Administrators. If you add more than 6 lines again it will result to a 1-week ban. Signatures must also abide by all the other forum rules.
Avatars Avatar Pictures may not violate the Sex, Drugs, Nazi Stuff rule. Avatar Images must be in 128x128 pixel dimensions or smaller. The picture size may not exceed 100kb.
